BURN & BREATHE

Tuesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

Burn and Breathe is a strength and muscle building class with Coach Red the promotes endurance, weight loss and stress relief. The movements dine in class will ready your body for real life daily activities, such as chasing your kids around the house, waling up and down the stairs without losing your breath, and can promote overall improved physical fitness.

WEST AFRICAN DRUMMING

Thursdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

Join musical artist Davis “Este” Nyadedzor as he engages your sense of sound and rhythm with the basics of African drumming. Drums are provided for in person class only.

STEP DRILL DANCE

Saturdays 1pm-2:30pm

Learn to move in the rhythmic unison in this class. Artist Joshua Williams will guide you through the basic movements of step drill dance while showing you some amazing choreography.
