Community based collaborations and partnerships are just one of the many ways we support and partner with members of greater Syracuse community and Central New York as well as area colleges and universities. Vibrant communities require accessible cultural resources. Community Folk Art Center was founded as a Center for “community folk.”  Community based arts organizations have long contributed to the revitalization of neighborhoods and CFAC continues that tradition through exhibits and programming that creates an open and welcome environment for community interaction and collaboration.  We value our collaborative relationships and we’d like thank the following organizations:

Syracuse Fair Housing Council
Annual Bird House Auction

Syracuse University Office of Multicultural Affairs
Heritage Month Celebrations

 The Links Inc.
Annual Teenage Competitive Arts Exhibition

The Office of Program Development-Syracuse University
Coming Back Together Exhibition

National Association of Mental Illness – Syracuse
Annual See Me Exhibition

Partnerships are another key aspect of our community relations. We would like to recognize the following institutions and organizations for their continued support of CFAC programming throughout the year:
