As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring that our office operations run smoothly. This role is crucial in ensuring effective communication, coordination, and efficiency across various departments.
About This Position : As an Office Coordinator, you will report to the Administrative Specialist at the Community Folk Art Center (CFAC). Your duties will include performing administrative tasks and secretarial support for CFAC. You will manage the front desk operations and assist in supervising student workers. You will also purchase office supplies and resources to support programs and events. Additionally, your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, managing the office calendar, responding to office emails, managing walk-in traffic, and scheduling tours. This position requires significant interaction with students and staff. You will need to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment. Your work hours will be from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (academic year) and 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (summer). *Please note occasional evening and weekend hours may be required to accommodate event schedules.
