Each class begins with warm-up and breath awareness, followed by a series of yoga postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance the body, and concludes with deep relaxation that quiets the mind and restores inner-being. You will be encouraged to follow your instincts throughout the practice, applying each posture according to your own ability and energy level.
